Acceptable use

Maelstrom Network provides DDoS mitigation for services you own or are authorised to protect. You may not use the service to attack, disrupt, or conceal attacks against third parties, or to protect infrastructure used for unlawful activity. We may suspend service for abuse.

What data we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email and a securely hashed password. When you place an order we store the plan, amount, the hostname or IP you asked us to protect, and order status. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Analytics

We use first-party, cookie-less analytics. Visitors are counted using a salted hash that rotates daily, so we do not store raw IP addresses or track you across days or across other sites.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or ask us to delete your account data by emailing support@maelstrom.network. We keep order records only as long as needed for the service and for legal or accounting obligations.
